| Traditional Cooking Method: 53 minutes using a Conventional Oven. |

Preheat oven to 350°F. |

Cut slit in center of film covering Whole Green Beans. Remove film covering Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes. Place trays on baking sheet. |

Remove Marinated Italian Chicken Breasts from cellophane and place directly on baking sheet next to trays. Place baking sheet on oven center rack and bake for 40 minutes. |

Remove baking sheet from oven and allow potatoes to stand 2-3 minutes. |

Plate and serve potatoes with chicken and green beans. |
| * Cooking time based on 1100-watt microwave with turntable. Adjust time for lower wattage microwaves. If not using a turntable, rotate once while cooking. |

Sprinkle rim of white dinner plate with paprika prior to plating meal. |

For a decorative flair, plate mashed potatoes using a pastry bag. If you don't have a pastry bag, a plastic bag will do. Place potatoes in a plastic bag; snip off one corner and pipe potatoes onto a serving plate. |

If dining light, serve two chicken breasts and refrigerate the remaining two. For Chicken Salad: dice chicken, place in bowl with enough mayonnaise to cover and add your favorite ingredients (chopped celery, onion, red grapes, walnuts, seasoning, etc.). Serve over a bed of lettuce along with a crusty bread. |

For Grilled Italian Chicken Salad: Slice chicken (either warm or cold) into strips and serve over a bed of mixed greens with Italian Vinaigrette dressing. Sprinkle with fresh grated Parmesan cheese. Try focaccia bread as an accompaniment to this light meal. |
