Cooking Instructions 
Grilling Method: 17 minutes using a Grill and a Microwave* if Rib Eye Steaks are thawed. Thaw steaks overnight in refrigerator or use the Quick Thaw Method of placing vacuum wrapped steaks in cold water for approximately 30-40 minutes. If you can't grill, try the Stove-top Method.
1. Preheat grill to HIGH or prepare coals.
2. Remove Horseradish Demi Glacé from foil packaging and place in a microwave safe dish. Cover with plastic wrap, venting one corner. Set aside.
3. Remove thawed steaks from packaging. Place steaks on grill. Grill for 4-5 minutes.
4. Cut slit in center of film covering Whole Green Beans. Remove film covering Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes. Place trays in microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes. Remove from microwave and stir. Return Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes to microwave for an additional 2 minutes on HIGH.
5. Flip steaks, continue grilling for 3-4 minutes for a medium rare steak.
6. Microwave Horseradish Demi Glacé on HIGH for 3 minutes.
7. Spoon Horseradish Demi Glacé on each plate, top with Blackened Ribeye Steak. Serve with Whole Green Beans and Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes.

Stove-Top Method: 20 minutes using the Stove-Top and Microwave* if Rib Eye Steaks are thawed. Thaw steaks overnight in refrigerator or use the Quick Thaw Method of placing vacuum wrapped steaks in cold water for approximately 30-40 minutes. If you can grill, try the Grilling Method.
1. Preheat cast iron skillet on HIGH until hot (about 10 minutes), in a well-ventilated area.
2. Remove Horseradish Demi Glacé from foil packaging and place in a microwave safe dish. Cover with plastic wrap, venting one corner. Set aside.
3. Place steaks in hot cast iron skillet. Cook for 4-5 minutes.
4. Cut slit in center of film covering Whole Green Beans. Remove film covering Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes. Place trays in microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes. Remove from microwave and stir. Return Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes to microwave for an additional 2 minutes on HIGH.

* Cooking time based on 1100-watt microwave with turntable. Adjust time for lower wattage microwaves. If not using a turntable, rotate once while cooking.
