| Traditional Cooking Method: 50 minutes using a Conventional Oven. |

Preheat oven to 350°F. |

Remove Marinated Salmon Fillets from packaging and place on a shallow-edged baking pan that has been lined with foil. |

Cut slit in center of film covering Glazed Julienne Carrots. Leave film intact covering Rice Pilaf with Mushrooms. Place trays on baking pan next to salmon fillets. Bake for 30 minutes. |

Remove baking pan from oven, stir rice pilaf and carrots, return all three items to oven and continue cooking for 5 - 10 minutes. |

Remove baking pan from oven, plate and serve. |

Garnish meal with a stem of fresh rosemary and a lemon twist. Simply cut whole lemon into thin slices. Cut each circular slice from center through the peel, then twist and place on plate! |

End the meal with a lemon sorbet or sherbet garnished with a sprig of mint and small sugar cookie. |

Grill Indoors! To grill thawed fillets on an indoor contact grill, cook for 4-5 minutes. A contact grill cooks from both sides at once, eliminating the need to flip and cook the other side. |

Complement meal with a mixed green salad. Top with an olive oil/vinegar dressing. |
