| Grilling Method: 17 minutes using a Grill and Microwave* if steaks are thawed. Thaw steaks overnight in refrigerator OR use the Quick Thaw Method of placing vacuum packed steaks in cold water for approximately 30-40 minutes. |

Preheat grill to HIGH or prepare coals. |

Remove thawed steaks from packaging and place on plate. Season with ¼ teaspoon Natural Seasoning. |

Place steaks on preheated grill and cook for 3- 4 minutes. |

Cut slit in center of film covering Herb Roasted Potato Wedges and Sweet Corn Medley. Place trays in microwave and cook on HIGH for 5 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking. |

Flip steaks and continue cooking for 2 - 3 minutes. Remove steaks from grill to a clean plate. |

Remove potatoes and corn from microwave. Plate and serve with steak. |

| Broiling Method: 20 minutes using a Conventional Oven and Microwave* if steaks are thawed. Thaw steaks overnight in refrigerator OR use the Quick Thaw Method of placing vacuum packed steaks in cold water for approximately 30-40 minutes. |

Preheat Broiler and position top rack 3 - 4 inches from broiler. |

Remove steaks from packaging and place on broiler pan. Season using ¼ teaspoon Natural Seasoning. |

Place broiler pan in oven and broil for 4-5 minutes. |

Cut slit in center of film covering Herb Roasted Potato Wedges and Sweet Corn Medley. Place trays in microwave and cook on HIGH for 5 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking. |

For medium steaks, flip and continue broiling for 4 - 5 minutes. |

Remove steaks from oven, plate with potatoes and vegetables and serve. |
| * Cooking time based on 1100-watt microwave with turntable. Adjust time for lower wattage microwaves. If not using a turntable, rotate once while cooking. |

For crisper Herb Roasted Potato Wedges: Preheat oven to 450°F. Remove frozen potatoes from tray and place directly on lightly greased baking sheet. Bake for 10 - 12 minutes. |

For Steak House appeal: Cut chilled Seasoned Butter Sauce into ½-inch slices. Place 1-2 pats of seasoned butter over sizzling hot steaks. Preheat "sizzle platters" or "fajita skillets" in oven. Plate meal on heated platter. CAUTION: Platters are hot and will continue to cook steak after it has been removed from the grill. Adjust cooking time accordingly. |
