| Traditional Cooking Method: 55 minutes using a Conventional Oven. |

Preheat oven to 350°F. |
| 2. |
Cut slit in center of film covering Whole Green Beans. Remove film covering Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes. Place trays on baking sheet on oven center rack and bake for 10 minutes. |

Remove frozen prime rib slices with au jus from packaging, wrap in aluminum foil and place on baking sheet in oven. |

Bake all three items for 30 - 35 minutes. |

Remove baking sheet from oven, stir potatoes, plate and serve. |

| * Cooking time based on 1100-watt microwave with turntable. Adjust time for lower wattage microwaves. If not using a turntable, rotate once while cooking. |

Serve the au jus (The French pronounce it "oh-zhoo") in a tiny bowl or ramekin beside the prime rib. |

For a decorative flair, plate mashed potatoes using a pastry bag. If you don't have a pastry bag, a plastic bag will do. Place potatoes in a plastic bag; snip off one corner and pipe potatoes onto a serving plate. |

Peel, then shred or grate fresh horseradish root. Serve a dollop garnished with a sprig of parsley beside the prime rib. Use Horseradish Sauce if fresh is not available. |
