| Oven Method: 30 minutes, using the Oven. If you can't use the Oven, try the Preferred Cooking Method found below. |

Preheat oven to 350°F. |
| 2. |
Remove frozen chicken breasts from packaging. Place on baking sheet that has been half lined with foil creating a boat by folding up edges about 1-inch. |

Cut slit in the center of the film covering the Broccoli and Cauliflower with Roasted Garlic and Red Roasted Potato Wedges. |
| 4. |
Place the tray of vegetables and potatoes next to the chicken on baking sheet. |
| 5. |
Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven. |

Plate chicken breasts with broccoli and cauliflower and potato wedges. |
