6 oz    goat cheese  
8 oz    non-fat cream cheese  
1/4 cup    non-fat plain yogurt  
1   garlic clove, crushed  
1/2 tsp    dried thyme  
1 Tbs    chopped chives  
  A dash of cayenne pepper (optional)  
  Salt to taste  
  Freshly ground black pepper to taste  
 
1 Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until thoroughly incorporated.
2 Scoop the mixture into a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, until chilled and slightly stiffened.
3 Serve with toast, crackers, or fresh raw vegetables for dipping.
