cinnamon stick, 3 inches long |

grated orange peel |
|
| 1/4 tsp |

ground nutmeg |

light rum, optional |

Combine all ingredients except rum in medium saucepan and bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally. Simmer 5 minutes. |
