1 can shoepeg white corn drained |

sun-dried tomatoes in oil; drained, oil reserved, chopped |

lime juice |

package linguine cooked according to package directions |

In 3-quart saucepan, over high heat, combine turkey, salsa, corn, tomatoes, onions, lime juice, sugar, garlic, and 1 teaspoon reserved oil. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 5 to 10 minutes or until heated throughout. |

To serve, spoon mixture over linguine and sprinkle with cheese and cilantro. |
