Italian turkey sausage casing removed, cooked & crumbled |

ziti or other tubular-shaped pasta cooked and drained |

Container (15 ounces) Ricotta cheese |

Can (8 ounces) Italian-flavored tomato sauce |

Parmesan cheese freshly grated |

Package (8 ounces) Mozzarella cheese shredded, divided |

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. |

Combine cooked sausage, cooked ziti, Ricotta and Parmesan cheeses and half of the shredded Mozzarella; stir to blend. |

Spoon pasta mixture into a buttered shallow 2-quart casserole; drizzle with tomato sauce; sprinkle with remaining cheese. |

Cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes or until mixture is bubbly and hot. Uncover and bake until cheese melts, about 5 minutes. |
