Terms for Vendors

Gourmet Grocery Online (GGO) requests that vendors agree to the following terms:

1. Orders submitted by GGO via e-mail, fax and/or vendor web site to the vendor must be fulfilled within 24 hours, unless the order is submitted on a Friday, Weekend or Holiday. Then the next business day will suffice.
   
2. Vendor agrees to notify GGO via email verifying that each order has been received.
   
3. Provide GGO with a tracking number the same day an order is shipped.
   
4. Vendor agrees to supply GGO with quality pictures and text for each product electronically.
   
5. Vendor agrees to add links back to GGO from their company website.
   
6. Vendor agrees to notify GGO 7 days in advance of:
   -Product changes
   -Seasonal Inventory changes
   -Pricing changes
   -Cancellation of relationship
   
7. GGO reserves the right to terminate the relationship at anytime.
   
8. Vendors are responsible for all product returns, defects and shipping errors.
   
9. Vendors agree to charge GGO corporate credit card kept on file with vendor, and fax receipts of each charge.
